- Setup charge (software, graphics, etc.) is $65.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour.
Setup includes one proof part for customer sign off before production is started.
- Proof part is Preferrably customer supplied material, or on ¼" plywood,or similiar material
- Metal Marking $3.75 per sq. inch - 5 sq. inch minimum
- Color fill available in a variety of colors - $3.00 per item
- If fixtures are needed, they are charged on an as needed basis,
based on time and materials.
Labor is $65.00 per hour, with the customer owning the fixture at production conclusion.
Materials charged as appropriate.
- Laser time is approx $1.25 per minute with a $30.00 minimum unless you have a quantity order.
- FONTS:Not all fonts are suitable for engraving, speciality fonts must be tested before hand.
- ARTWORK: should be black & white, at least 300dpi resolution,
preferably line art or vector art with no gray scales, halftones or colors.
conversion charge will be quoted for color, bitmap or poor quality - no 72 DPI webclips!
You should have the copyright or permission to use the art.
- Verbal quotes are approximate only and non binding.
Firm quotes are good for 30 days.
- Turn around time is usually 3 business days after acceptance of proof or sample.
